Laura,
Thinking of you and praying for you during this time.

Susan and Laura
We enjoyed helping your dad so much in the last months. He always kept us all " on schedule" and to task. He is an unforgetable person to us.
Sincerely,
Ann Spangler and CCR staff

Adolph Teddy of Portage, WI offers his deepest sympathies. Dad was PhM1c on LSM 325 under Judge Higgins. He is grateful for the wonderful conversations and letters of recent years.

Laura and Jeff,

Your friends and family at church miss you, and love you very much, we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

Janet Crockett
Park Hill Christian Church

Susan & Laura - You may not remember me, but I remember your Dad as a wonderful Judge that I clerked for when he was here in Clinton County. I considered him a good friend as well as a great Judge.

Susan & Laura,
Your Mom & Dad were good friends and we shared many happy memories as our girls grew into lovely ladies. In our later years Paul, Wells and I enjoyed our lunches very much.

Susan, Laura and families,
Your dad was a very spirited man and shared his love of life with everyone he met. Jo & Jack were part of a wonderful group of Platte Citians who helped make the world a better place.

My deepest sympathies to the family. Judge Higgins will always have a prominent place in my memories and in shaping the person I am today. Thank you for sharing him with us (his law clerks). 1986-7

Laura and Susan and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss. May your memories of him bring you comfort.
Sincerely,
Laurie Snell
