JASPER, Mr. Andrew Randolph "Shook", of Richmond, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 14, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew M. and Elizabeth Macon Jasper; one sister, Ercelle Lavania Jasper. He is survived by his three sisters, Yvonne J. Brown (Milton), Cynthia J. Hairston (Willie), LaCenia M. Jasper; one brother, E. Leon Jasper (Charmane); four nieces, one nephew, two great-nieces and two great-nephews; a loving uncle, Ulysses Jasper (Margaret) of East Elmhurst, N.Y.; a host of cousins; one devoted, Earl R. Jasper Jr; his caregiver, Philathia King, many relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street, where services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. Reverend Joseph Fleming, pastor and cousin of the deceased, will render the eulogy. Interment Maury Cemetery.
