Not sure what to say?

Drew,

I was sad to read about the passing of your father. You and I go all the way back to St. Stephen's, then Johnston and UT. As we grew older I recognized and understood the fine qualities of your father and his commitment to a better community through the legal system. As Houstonians, we were very fortunate that he served us so well. I have great admiration for all that Judge Jefferson did, the contributions he made and the family he raised.

Blessings to you all.

The family of Luther Berry and his sons Rodney and Reginald Berry(Alpha Phi Alpha alumni) express deep sympathy for their cousin Andrew Jefferson's family and honor his memory for what his has done for his family, community, academic community (TSU, UT, etc.) and legal community. You truly are an honorable person and looked up to by many.

God blessed you in life. Be assured he will twice bless you as you return to him in "so called" death. Our condolences to your family.

Warmest condolences to the entire family. I knew Andrew Jefferson well, having been on the other side
on several occasions in the court room. May he rest in peace. May his legacy last forever and may his soul and all the souls of the faithfully
departed, rest in peace.
