Not sure what to say?

I was singing your praise today Andrew, made me think about how much you helped me. So grateful for you and our friendship. Sending much peace to you and your family.

I knew Andy when he a student at XBHS in Westwood. He was a student and a friend. I remember his parents as well and the delightful meal I had at their home. I happened to think of him today and was stunned to learn that he had died. A flood of other wonderful memories of him came after I read this obituary. For knowing him, I am grateful.

I can still see Andy walking the halls at XBHS, always with a smile on his face. He was always very kind and willing to acknowledge us all in his passing through the school each day. A fine student, scholar, physician and man - God bless.

Thoughts and prayers with Andy, Scott and family,
I last was with Andy at our 1969 graduation from Xaverian. His achievements and goodness are no surprise to me. He was a fine fellow student at Xaverian. We all appreciated his goodness and brilliance. He is home now and may the Lord watch over his loved ones.

I learned of this when he joined the board of trustees of Hazelden Foundation (now Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation), where I work. From ensuring the quality of treatment for our patients to educating the next generation of...

It was a pleasure to have been a sectionmate of Andy's at HBS. He was a thoughtful, compassionate and insightful addition to our class, and he will be greatly missed by us all. Rest in peace, friend!

Andy was a wonderful section mate at HBS - a calm presence and mentor to many. He will be missed.

Sorry to hear of Andy's passing. I knew him from his days at Xaverian Bros H.S. Andy was always smiling, friendly, great sense of humor and quick wit. I remember him fondly. Heaven just got a gem of a person.

Andy was a dear friend and co-conspirator when we were anesthesia residents at the MGH and then found ourselves in a class on health care when he was at HBS and I was at the Kennedy School. I have fond memories of him and I send my condolences to all who are grieving.
