I used to visit Andy's store back in the late 1970's / early 1980's and Andy was always great to speak to - he was always very enthusiastic and helpful about helping someone further their knowledge of computers, etc. My thoughts and condolences go out to his family.

I grew up as an eager kid loving computers in the late 70s and early 80s. My family couldn't afford a computer but Andy tolerated me and inspired me. Once I got an Apple IIc Andy helped foster that curiosity for computers by allowing me to hang out there. In my 20s i work d at the store and he treated me like family. I knew Andy years ago, when he was into car rallyes and I was a member of his club for a while. I also helped him out a bit at his trophy shop. Indeed, I remember driving all night to deliver trophies to Yellowstone for him. Andy was a classic entrepreneur: Full of energy, optimism, and enthusiasm. I am deeply saddened to read of his passing. He will live on in my memory.

Helen, so sorry for your loss. Andy was always so nice and helpful, he will be missed sorely. C
