I had such a good memory of how I met Drew online from France in 2002. It was an unexpected story. So lucky he came to see me in France and then I came to visit him in MI. I´m in shock to find this out today. I will always remember Drew, his family and friends that I met. Be in peace Drew! Love from your French friend. The pics were taken in France

Drew was like a big brother to me at Ferris. He always looked out for me when we both lived in Bond Hall. He would always lose his keys in the bushes throwing them at my dorm room window to wake me up to let him inside, so that he didn´t have to go through the front desk security staff to get back to his dorm late at night. We had some good times at FSU. He was always willing to take me to Wendy´s for my favorite spicy chicken sandwich and always teased me about it over the years. I remember...

I´ve known Drew for years and he was one of a kind. It´s hard to put into words the lengths Drew would go to to help others or to express care. He was a devoted and decisive friend. We shared many good times laughs and adventures when at FSU and East Lansing. I never fell into calling him by the lofty nicknames he´d give himself, but Diesel, Drizzy, Deez --, love you brother.

Though it has been many years since our paths last crossed (29 years), I am saddened to hear of his passing. He will surely be missed by all who knew and loved them. My heartfelt condolences go out to the entire family and all of his friends during this difficult time. May he rest in peace.
