Someone asked me how Nick and I met, and I realized that I didn't know how to answer. We'd always known each other? Certainly it felt like that. Still feels like that. Same tribe. I don't think he is actually gone, it will just take him longer to answer the phone

So sorry hear about Nick's death. He was such a huge part of building our house and making are plans come to life. I worked as his tender for our Rumford Fireplace, mixing white cement and washing 5,000 bricks in an old bathtub he dropped off. He then did the fireplace surround and numerous built-ins through out the house. All this with opera playing on the radio. His bills were sometimes addressed to Sir Robert and signed "The Ogre".
