Not sure what to say?

I still consider Dr. Lewis the best. He is my "rule" for judging other doctors. Have not found one who can measure up to him. My friend and I were just talking about him a few days ago. I remember when he told me to drink cherry juice and gave me the name of the company to order from. He said now I don't have stock in the company:) Wonderful person!

Dr. Lewis was my most favorite doctor ever and I will never forget him !! He was always so friendly and the most courteous doctor I ever met !! He was so sweet and had a very professional bedside manner and was always very understanding !! Delivered both my sons and always went to him every year for pap smears and exams !!

I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Dr. Jack Lewis at Mintview OBGYN as a young obstetrician having recently moved to Charlotte. I spent a lot of time watching Jack interact with his patients in both the office and hospital settings. Dr. Lewis treated everyone like members of his own family and his patients truly adored him (and still ask about him today). Unfortunately, the type of doctor that Jack Lewis was will never be duplicated in this new world of digital / "corporate" / "15...

Dr. Lewis was wonderful. I was one of his first patients in 1962 and remained one for 35 years. He loved working in his yard and would spend hours on his day off at my parents nursery just talking. He was someone you felt very blessed to have in your life. Prayers for family and friends. Fly high Dr. LEWIS and rest in peace. You left an unforgettable mark on this world.

I remember getting a glimpse of Jack as a physician when vacationing with Jack and Rosemary in Burnsville, NC. A couple of women came running up to him while we were strolling the downtown area. I learned these women would drive from Burnsville to Charlotte because of the confidence and respect they had for him as a physician. He met them with warmth and opennes. A lovely man who enjoyed people, a good laugh and who dearly loved his wife, Rosemary. He will be missed.

Dr. Lewis was a wonderful doctor. He delivered 2 out of 4 of my children. He had a way of making visits comfortable. I have missed him since his retirement. This is a great loss ! Rest In Peace !

Dr. Lewis was my doctor all of my married life, until his retirement. He delivered our three daughters and performed several surgeries on me. He truly loved his profession and was a friend to his patiences. When he first came to Charlotte, my grandmother was a patient of his, then he was my mother's Doctor. Our family was always at ease with Dr. Lewis' care. Your family will be in our prayers.

Dr. Lewis was the best! I had my first baby when I was 41. She arrived 3 months early and I was so thankful Dr. Lewis was on call that night. He was a great doctor, but most of all a great and understanding person.

Dr. Lewis delivered my only child in 1973 and was my doctor until I moved to another city in 1977. Such a wonderful doctor and person he was. Blessings on family, and all those who loved him, including his little furry friend.
