Je parlais peu anglais et toi peu français mais nos échanges étaient toujours stimulants. Jan ta femme, excellente skieuse aussi , et toi formaient un couple heureux . J'ai une bon souvenir de vous deux et je sais que tu veilles de là haut sur nous tous.

I did not know Andrew. I have recently been diagnosed Stg. IV EGFR and was forwarded the NYT's Article about his amazing adventure to the top of Mera Peak in Nepal. I just wanted to say thank you. What an inspiration. I pray for the Lindsay family and friends. I hope you find peace and comfort in knowing that his legacy continues to inspire perfect strangers, on a similar journey. My sincere condolences.
