Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Lonigro, You may not remember me, but I wanted to express my sympathy for your loss. I took care of Dr. Lonigro's feet in the foot clinic at Barnes. He was a delightful man, always had a smile no matter how sick he felt. I'm retired and living in FL so I have not seen either of you for several years, but I remember both of you so well. May God comfort you and your children as only He can.

Dear Carolyn Ellen and I were very sorry to learn the sad news about Andy He was a very special person and all are thoughs are with you and your family. Sincerely Philip and Ellen Kadowitz

Andy became my friend during the early school years at Herzog grade school and later during premed at SLU. Andy was a very kind and fun loving friend. My condolences to his family.

Andy was a special kind of guy. He was a special kind of doctor. He understood people. He had that special understanding of life and what it was to be human.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

I went to school with Andy at Peter Herzog School in St. Louis in the lower grades. I just wanted to extend my sympathies to you and your family. Reading Andy's death notice, I see he had a wonderful life and career.

Andrew, we shared so many wonderful times together. Our families were intertwined. We reveled in the growth and development of our children and grandchildren. You fought the good fight, always seeking the high ground, and striving to raise the bar for academic achievement at an institution that frequently spurned your efforts. Multiple generations of students are better doctors because of your efforts. You will be in my memory, and my childrens memories, always. My sympathy and love go out to...

Carolyn,
I was so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow.

Joe, John and Marilyn,
My thoughts go out to you also at this time of sorrow.

Sincerely,
