MANESS Andrew Edward, 18 of Havelock, NC, died Wednesday, September 24th. Andrew was a 2003 graduate of Havelock High School. He loved bowling, golfing and had been the manager of the Havelock Rams Football Team. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 30, 2003 at the Base Chapel at 6:30 P.M....
