One of the first times I ever saw Andy, he was playing out on the front yard of his house on Hilaire Road in St. Davids. As it happened, a group of us were driving to one movie or another and we were picking up our friend, Steve Mark. I have been heartsick over Andy's suffering.
The last time Barry and I saw, him he was more chipper than we could believe. We had a wonderful day with him, Cindy, Char and Steve at the Morakami Gardens.
His loss has been anticipated, but the reality of that loss is still very harsh. We need to be comforted by the fact that both Vernon and Betty were there to greet him and his pain is over.
I'll always remember him as we walked down the aisle together at Char and Steve's wedding:...

Andy was a big part of my life. As my little brother I can't remember a time when he wasn't around and now there is a big void where his smiling face and big laugh used to be. We will all miss him greatly and extend our sincere sympathies to Cindy, Kim and Christian, his extended family and to all of his friends. What a great guy!

Dear Cyndy, Kim and Christian. Nancy and I have been thinking of all of you since we heard the news. Cyndy, I had the very unique and blessed experience of friendships and love with Andy and you both in childhood and then renewed in 1992. You have all brought great joy to our lives and we will miss Andy terribly. We love all of you and have you in our hearts. We will see you at the memorial service. Love Rus, Nancy, Stephanie, Brett.
