Anne & I visited Andrew today ( 3/18/2021) on a very chilly and rainy day out at Oak Lawn. Andrew will always be missed in Fell's Point by his neighbor's across the street.

Dear Joanne, We know that this is an extremely difficult time for you. We want you to know that you are in our thoughts, and in our well-wishes. My wife Anne and I live directly across the street from Andrew and Joanne. Andrew & Joanne have always been great neighbors to us and I've always considered Andrew and Joanne as one.So in my closing tribute to Andrew, I must keep them together. Since Andrew and myself were both in the construction trades, we formed a bond over the years discussing our exploits in construction and of the various colorful characters we came across.I could always count on the Mazurek's to be at the Norris's...
