Andrew passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017. Andrew was a resident of Rhode Island at the time of passing. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 10 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 596 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will be follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.
