We saw very little of each other, but I remember him well from two visits to Washington, DC to visit our common Aunt Bettye Power. My wish for you and the family is peace and hope. A very good man left our physical presence but not our thoughts and memories.

Andy was the just the best person. A very special man who brought so much life, happiness and laughter to his surroundings. I worked with him at Intergraph and he was the one person who always had a smile on his face and kind words to say every time I saw him. Just a delightful human being. My sincerest of sympathies to Andy's loved ones in this time of sorrow. He will be sorely missed and cherished.

This is my Andy time of year. By that I mean it's Oktoberfest time. I perform in a very busy German oom-pah band, and I drink from a stein that my parents got while visiting Andy back when he was stationed in Germany. Der Gemuetlichkeit, Uncle Andy!
