Not sure what to say?

I was shock to hear of his passing. In the short time I got to know and work with him, he was kind and outgoing, pleasant to everyone he met. Our time was short together but touch my heart in a special way.

I remember when I first met Andy. He joined our group for a White Water Rafting trip through Brown's Canyon. I can still picture the shock on his face when I poured a large 5 gallon bucket of Ice Cold Arkansas river water on him! We were friends for 8 more years until I moved back to Michigan. Andy was a great rafting buddy, a great Stagnant Crud softball player, and a great camper to be with. It was always fun to see Andy again whenever we visited Colorado. As everyone knows, his smile was...

Such wonderful things everyone has to say about such a wonderful man. It warms my heart to know how he touched people. I have written so many things over the last few weeks to try and capture my thoughts and memories of Andy. I miss everything about him and I will cherish every moment we shared. Goodbye, baby.

I only knew Andy for a little less than two years...but during that short time he talked a lot about growing up in Michigan, about his brothers, friends and he talked a lot about his mother. It was so great to see his face light up talking about the people he loved. I will remember Andy for the rest of my life. Although it was only a short time that I knew him, he touched my life...and I will never forget that. He was one of my first friends out here... inviting me out for drinks and dinner...

My last memories of Andy are as extraordinary as the first. That 1000-watt smile, his gentle demeanor and that adventourous heart. I have faith that God will take care of that heart in his loving kindness. May the angels bear him up and may eternal light shine upon him. May he run into old friends and family that will love and revel in his presence as we all did during his short time on this earth.
We all miss you terribly.

When Andy moved to Denver in 1985 he landed at the house on Bails, I lived there with a couple of roommates, Pat and Lori Welch. I knew within a couple of days of knowing Andy that he moved to Colorado for the adventure and from that time on if you were lucky enough to be with Andy, you got to enjoy some of that adventure. One day while rafting the Arkansas, Andy was our guide and he leaned over to me and said ‘Do you want to learn how to guide?’ and then without giving him an answer he...

Martin, Tom & Family, my heart is broken with grief for the loss of our dearly loved brother, Andy. What a good man, honest, trustworthy and full of compassion and kindness. May he rest in peace in the presence of the Lord.

I will always remember Andy's sense of adventure and his easy laugh. When he would stop in the shop on his way thru town, we would remember our Rafting days or the old Stagnant Crud softball team and share a good laugh. He will be missed. Gods Speed Andy. sko

Good bye to my friend Andy. You lived more in 41 years than most people do in a lifetime. I was hoping you'd be here for another 41. I'll see you when I get there. God Bless.
