Andrew P. Phelan

My condolences to all of Andy's family and friends. All the Phelan brothers were athletes from the Hill. They're all missed.

Andy was a great guy. I think of him and always remember him

Andy was always a kind person. I know Kevin, Mike and his mother Mary will miss him immensely. It's been quite a shock for everyone to hear of his passing. I will always remember you Andy and our talks when we were kids. Thanks for being who you were. Your cousin, Sue.

Andy was one of those guys you couldn't help but like, he was always friendly to me when we were growing up. Many years later his face would always light up any time we happened to meet. Andy always warmed my heart and made me yearn for those crazy younger days when we shared the wildest of times on the Hill. Amen to him and his brothers, he must surely be brightening their faces now in the hereafter.
