Not sure what to say?

Thinking about Andy especially this time of year. I miss his sense of humor and how he questioned humanity issues.

I made a few attempts on my thoughts about Andy but l couldn't express how I feel five years later so I kept deleting because nothing worked. Best I can say is I am so glad he had such a loving family and circle of friends that adored him and how everyone he knew still misses him. Chris Powell

As the anniversary of Andy's death approaches, we Franciscans who knew and lived with him hold him in our thoughts and in our prayers.

Rest in peace, dear Andrew, and pray for all of us here on earth who honor your memory.

I'm happy you are Resting in Peace, my dear Brother, and don't have to deal with the mess we are in right now. A lot of people, including Rebecca and me, miss you and think of you often we will never forget the night we said goodbye to you :(

Love you, Andy,
Mick and Rebecca

To the family of Andy Piskura... I just discovered the notice of Andy's death, now 5 years ago. I was a classmate of his when he entered the Franciscan Order back in 1967. He and I became good friends but after he left the community, I lost track of him but remembered him fondly. I recall he had an amazing sense of humor! I am saddened to learn of his loss. Though 5 years ago, I am sure there are times when all of you still grieve his loss. I send my deepest sympathy. Sincerely,...

Happy birthday best friend. You would be less than pleased if you knew how much loosing you has affected me. I try to be happy and enjoy life but I miss you very much. Your siblings and friends too.

Happy Birthday Brother, we miss you
Love always,

Mick and Rebecca

So sad to hear this news about Andy. He brings back great memories of the late 80's. Vodka drinks, dancing, Petshop Boys, Hilton Head and Sunday walks in the Bedford reservation. A wonderful man and Humanitarian. Sending love to his family and brother Joe.

Sincerely, Mike Krupa
