Not sure what to say?

Those of us who were lucky enough to know Dr. Pultz and have him as their physician will never forget him! Continued thoughts and prayer for his family.

What fond memories I will always have of Dr. Pultz. So very sorry to hear of his passing.

To the Pultz Family ~
I am deeply sorry for your loss.
I 've known Dr. Pultz all my life and considered him a member of my family. I still care for my family with many of the same practices and principles that he taught me. I will never forget him or the care he gave me, my parents, my siblings and my children over the years. I hope each of you find peace and comfort knowing how he touched so many during his lifetime. My thoughts, prayers and love are with your family.

We were so saddened to read of the death of Dr. Pultz. Even though he was retired, we still referred to him as our original doctor upon moving to Columbus! We were his patients from 1967 until he retired. He even accused of naming our first son after him since his middle name is Andrew! He was a kind, caring family doctor unlike any other. He will be missed.

Our family used to be patients of Dr. Pultz. We always referred to him as Dr. Happy, my middle sister named him this when she was very young. There was never a time on his face, no matter what was going on, that he didn't have on a smile. I know this profession takes them away from their families quite often and I would like to thank them for sharing him with all that met him. May God be with you in this time, he was a very special man.

Dr. Pultz was the most kind, warm, empathetic man I have ever known - he was our family doctor for many years, and we will always remember his kindness and understanding through our many years together. He truly was a very special person in our life for many years, and we will miss him and forever be indebted to him..such a special man and exceptional doctor and friend,

Dr Pultz was a mentor of mine and the kind of doctor that I always aspired to be. He has trained legions of physicians and has left a legacy of caring, dedicated family docs who learned how to be a great family physicians by watching him work and learning by his example. He will live on through the doctors he has trained who will carry on his ideals. He is the standard by which we are all measured.

Dear Pultz family,
We are sorry for your loss.
May your memories of your father bring you thoughts of love and joy.
Life to you and your families.
