Not sure what to say?

I happened to be playing with my grandson at the Tanglewood Park this morning and we sat on the bench that had a plaque dedicated to L/Cpl Andrew Riedel. I was so touched by the inscription and wanted to find out more about this remarkable young man. As a former Marine, I simply wanted to say how grateful my grandson and I are for Andrew's sacrifice.

Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also let the Riedel Family know that we recently made a small donation to the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation in honor of Andrew G. Riedel US Marine Private 1st Class. We recognize that this is a humble tribute, but we wanted you to know that it is heartfelt and made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals in the youth hockey community and beyond. We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you...

Andrew Riedel, John Lukac, John Byrd, Kelley Courtney, Jeremy Bow, Michael Scarborough, Travis Fox and C.J. Lapka; it's been 8 years since you gave up your tomorrows so that we can have our todays. Thank you. Rest in peace Marines.

Just thinking about you today Andrew. I sure miss you and hope your soul is well. How wonderful it must be to be in heaven seeing all those we read about in the Word. I hope your conversations with the Lord are incredible. I'll see you there soon. Uncle Dave 9/11

God Bless you and your Family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Thank you young man for your service. God welcomes you with open arms.

Andrew ~
Six years have come and gone but your bright smile is still so very vivid in my mind. I still very proudly have your picture on my fridge and in my office. You are dearly missed by many.
