Andrew Michael Rupf

Andy, you were in my thoughts yesterday, as I spoke with another classmate about you. May you rest well and may God continune to spread his love to your family.

November 10,2009 I am still trying to wrap my mind around the thought that
Andy is actually gone. There is a hole in my heart. And I know my brother and sisterinlaw and Andy's siblings, etc. are suffering. We believe he is in a better place and I look forward to seeing him again. As for the rest of us, we must focus on getting together and getting to know each other. I love you all.

The first time I remember meeting Andy & Mrs. Rupf (Lucy) at Hogan was at the Freshman Social ‘83. He was in the library where Mrs. Rupf was in charge of the board games. We played a game of Monopoly &, Andy was beating me soundly. I rolled a seven &, so I said,

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
All God’s children go to Heaven.
When we get there, we will yell....

Our heartfelt sympathies go out to Andy's family. What an obituary full of love and laughter, just like the Rupf family! May your family know peace during this difficult time
