To the Scott Family, I am saddened by the passing of Andy, he was a wonderful person with a great spirit. Now he is a guardian angel and I'm sure he is looking over all of you. Keep the memories of him in your heart and he will always be with you. Andy will be missed by many, but never forgotten.

Please accept my sincere condolences . I worked with Andy for many years. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met. His patients loved him as did his colleagues.
