Andy Sweet was a member of the Otsego American Legion Post 84, and a member of the American Legion for 11 years. He served during the Panama conflict Era in the U.S. Army. Andy was a patriotic person and supported the Legion in many ways. We found him to have a attitude about veterans and the community. I remember one time when my knee was swollen and I could not mow my lawn, he came over to my house after work with his own lawnmower and mowed my lawn. I offered him $25.00 for doing it after...

Andy was my senior prom date as well as my dear friend!! We had such fun together!! He kept me in stitches. Recently he helped me immensely with the 100s of copies and material I needed for medicaid for my dad. Always willing to help. Love you Andrew ♡
