Not sure what to say?

He was my pediatrician whe I was young. He was sensitive to me beginning a young girl and protected me while taking care of me. He was ahead of his time and protecting young girls. He also found I had pneumonia and came to my house. He made house calls and was always thoughtful and considerate. A lot of doctors could´ve learned a lot from him.

He was my childhood Doctor. I also remember him to this day and the office visits in the brick building near Middlesex Hospital. Great man and great memories.

Dr. Turano was one of the best and brightest. As a new mother, his knowledge and empathy were so very helpful and reasurring. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family for their loss. He was a wonderful doctor.

May he rest in peace. He was a wonderful doctor to all 6 of our children and we always were very grateful to have him care for them. Our kids now range in age from 51 to 41 and have children of their own. With sympathy and prayers, Bill & Laura Lee Wierzbinski, Greendale WI formerly of Chester CT

Thoughts and prayers to the family. Dr. Turano was my pediatrician, and also my children's. You will be missed.

My Mom had Dr. Turano for my sister Robin, and I would remember Dr. Turano making house calls over to Portland to diagnose her symptoms then. That was many years ago. Robin liked Dr. Turano. It was probably in the 60's.
R.I.P. Dr. Turano
Prayers to all of your family.

51 years ago, this month, my son was born and Dr. Turano became our pediatrician. When he turned 18 he didn't want any other doctor. Dr. Turano was very much loved by our family. Our condolences to Diane and his family. Pat and Ben Foley, Lovell, ME

Just loved this wonderful man. Classmate of Diane's and worked as a secretary for him while I was in high school at MHS in the 50s.
My condolences to Diane and family.

About 6,months ago, I had the special privilege of seeing and speaking with Dr. Turano after not seeing him for almost 30 years. We shared memories from our time at Middlesex Memorial and I then reflected on his high esteem within the medical and Middletown communitis. Truly a special man. I then thanked him. He asked "why?". Because
he had without a doubt saved my son's life 30 years ago because of his great skills and instinct. With special thoughts and sympathies to his family for...
