My sincere condolences to Andy's family. We worked together at the Mercer County Clerk's office while he was attending classes. He was a wonderful person. Had a crazy sense of humor and made our days at the county more enjoyable. A great attorney. I know he will be missed by many. God bless him and keep him safe in Heaven. RIP
