Andrew Warner Waldo, Jr., 88, of North Little Rock passed away, Tuesday, December 30, 2003. He was a member of Second Baptist Church, the Brooks Hayes Bible Class and an Army Veteran of World War II. Warner retired from Fones Brothers after 50 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Lowery Waldo, of North Little Rock; son, Andrew W. Waldo, III and his wife, Kay, of Scott; three grandchildren, Andy Waldo, IV, of Monroe, Louisiana, Barry Waldo, of Los Angeles, California and Jody Waldo, of Shreveport, Louisiana; and sister, Helen Baxter, of North Little Rock.

Memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church Building Fund, 222 East 8th St., Little Rock, AR 72202.

Funeral service will be 2:30 P.M. Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park. Warner was the son of my father's sister and thus my first cousin.I have known him all my life and loved and respected him for his intelligence and high moral character.He was an information source about my father.My mother and father divorced when I was 1.
