Joan and Drew Wallace - 2001

My dear friend Joan and her beautiful family have lost a very special person. Drew was a smart, charismatic, handsome, fun-loving man with many friends. I have a wonderful memory of Drew's visit to Syracuse in 2001 when he took me out to a wonderful gourmet dinner. He had the finest taste in food and wine and he looked elegant across the table from me. This terrible loss grieves us all, but none so much as my precious friend Joan.

Im am deeply sad from the lose of my dear good friend Drew, Him and I went though alot together, was there for each other and Im a beter person from knowing him, My prayers and thoughts go to his mom and family. Im always here for the Wallace family.Patrick Greening

To the Wallace family:
My heartfelt sympathy to you all. I remember Drew fondly when Jim and I were teens. Remember that the best of him lives on in you all.
Fondly,
Susie Gillette Reschke

Dear Joan, Jim and Kelly,
Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are going to your family. We never met Drew, but know that he is in a better place.
Remember the good times as they may remind you of the impact of his being here. May the Lord provide you peace and comfort at this time.

Love,

I came to know Drew after I opened an account here at the bank for him. We formed a special bond and were even trying to get together sometime when he could come over for a home-cooked Sunday dinner (before he got engrossed in the football season!) I was shocked to hear of his passing while I was out of town. I'm so sorry that I was not here to meet you because he spoke of you so much. We were the same age, both came from New York, had a lot in common and enjoyed joking together.
I...

Dear Jim and all of Drew's Family, I'm so sorry to hear the sad news. Our hearts go out to all of you. He was such a happy go lucky soul with a free spirit, how lucky you were to have him in your family!! As Kim had mentioned, I too remember Drew at the marina several times, always smiling about something!! Stay strong and know he'll always be with you. Sincerely, Terri (Mann)

Jim, We're soooo sorry to hear of Drew's sudden passing. Thanks for letting us know. It's never easy to lose someone and I hope you find the answers you need for peace about it. We certainly miss those times at the marina, ski hawks, etc. Drew was alot of fun and always came across as carefree. Colorado seems a fitting place for him to have lived these last 15 years & I bet he did get to know alot of people there. It would be great if you could stop by and see Kim if you are in the area...

Altho it has been awhile since I saw Drew, I can recall many fond memories of times when he and Jim would come to the marina in Syracuse and hang out. Drew was always a person to do his own thing, and I am grateful for being able to have shared times that gave me memories I will always have and can look back at with a smile. My hugs to the family Kelly & Mark, Jim & Nicole, Joan and Drews nieces and nephews. I look forward to our paths crossing again. love kim mann

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
