Read MoreI'm very sorry to hear of Andy's passing. He was a good man - gifted, highly capable - with a big heart. As the Director of Wedgwood, I worked closely with Andy when he was at Kent D.S.S. His motto always was, "Let's do what's in the best interest of the child." Andy was a very good man, and will be missed!

Nancy, Andy accomplished a lot in his life and changed a lot of lives. The more recent past was very difficult for both of you. I am glad he is now at peace.
