To The Family of Angela Higgins.
I did not know anyone in this family but my brother lived in Rainbow, Texas until he was killed in a private plane crash in 2003 that took his life and that of his sons...who was piloting the plane.
If I see in the obituaary anyone from Texas, I try to email my condolences.
May beautiful memories bring you comfort and know that you are in the hearts of those wo care about you and share in your loss.
