Angie was personally so kind to me during the JFK campaign and afterward. She received comp tickets to the Inaugural Gala on January 19 and invited me to join her party at the Armory. Later she secured a letter of recommendation for me from Bob Kennedy for a job application. Through the years we kept in touch by Christmas card, and I visited her when in DC. I only wish she'd written her book.

While working for RFK in his NY Senate office, I never had the pleasure of meeting Angie Novello. But from all who did, I knew that she was revered. May she rest in peace.

Angie gave so much to so many of us and the
emptiness we are feeling at her loss will remain
with us always.
She gave her best to her country during her
thirteen years of service in the office of
Robert F. Kennedy in the U.S. Senate and
the Department of Justice, and later in our
Embassy in Copenhagen.
Everyone Angie ever met will be reminded
of her gracious manners and hospitality,
and her caring and concern for other. I am
proud to have been called her friend.

I have so many fond memories of working with Angie at Williams and Connolly, having dinner at her apartment on New Mexico Avenue with other friends, laughing, going to the movies and spending time together. She loved making Italian food and inviting friends over for a casual evening! She will be missed by many!
