Angie and I have known each other almost all our lives- she was a loyal and dear friend who had the courage to explore paths that led her to wonderful places- there are many memories from childhood and through high school- for instance she lost part of her front tooth when she fell off her bike at our beach house- she had an unconventional upbringing and she earned my respect for rising above some of those challenges.
