Not sure what to say?

Thank you so much to all who have expressed their condolences after my mother's death. I especially appreciate those who made the time to come celebrate her life last Sunday. It means a great deal to be able to share all of the wonderful memories as we adjust to a world without her.

Dear Jack, Mary and family,

It was a joy to know Angela as a delightful lady and longtime neighbor. She will be missed.

Dear Jack, Mary & Family,
"What the heart has once known, it will never forgot." Thus, the essence of Angela, full of love for life, music, family and friends, will be restored to full health and capacity in your hearts and memories, just as she is now released from Alzheimer's.

Jack, we are so sorry to hear about Angela. Even when a person isn't well, the loss is still very painful. You were such a strong support for Angela through such difficult times and I know it made life easier for her to know you were there.
Our hearts go out to you and your family.

Mary,
I was so sorry to hear about your Mom. I know these past few years have been difficult.

Dear Jack,
Liz and I send our our codolences to you and your family. We know how well you cared for Angela in the last few challenging years. It had to have made a difference.
We hope you are strong.
With deepest sympathy,
Alan and Liz Rubin

A special memory: For about 5 years (before her eyes began to dim,) I would often notice Angela on the stairs at the alter of our little church (sometimes even before the faithful warming-up of the organ). After repeated observations, I once asked Angela what she was looking at or what was she doing. She told me she was making sure the flowers had enough water. This was one of the many quiet ways Angela served. I don't guess anyone knew of this thoughtful, weekly duty she offered in...
