Not sure what to say?

Angela and Fred were so often kind and hospitable to Jackie and me years ago when we came to live at Mendip Cottage and Jock and Vi Forbes were living nearby. I have many great memories of times and parties with them and, particularly, taking two lion cubs for her and the family to meet!.Sadly, missed her funeral.

I only met her once-on a weekend in 1979 with my cousin Antonia, who was visiting from England. Antonia's father was a dear friend to Angela. Angela made me feel so welcome. I will never forget her striding from the house with her devoted pack of dogs following her every step. She was someone not easily forgotten. I loved walking around the grounds at Groton House with her feeding all the animals.
