She was preceded in death by both her parents and her brother, Anthony Wilson. Pat, Waxy, Mom, Grandma, Momma Dumas, or Momma D, as she was affectionately called by many, graduated from PD Jackson-Olin High School in 1960 where she
was a majorette for the Mighty Marching Mustangs in Birmingham, AL. While living in Alabama, Angelia worked at Conner-Steel and also worked, then retired, from the Birmingham City School System. Angelia confessed her life to Christ at an early age. She was a lifetime member of the Metropolitan CME Church where she served as a member of the W.A. Baskerville Gospel Choir, a member and Vice President of the Stewardess Board, and a member and Vice President of the Missionary Society. She was also a faithful member at Sunday School. While living in Bloomington, IL, Angelia was also a member of the Community Women’s Ministry and the Read Divas Book Club. She regularly attended Mount Moriah Christian Church and First Assembly of God. Her favorite scripture was Matthew 5:8, “Blessed are the pure at heart for they shall see God.” Angelia was dedicated in all she did. She had the kindest heart and was willing to do anything that was asked of her. She also had a true eagerness to help others. Her motto was: “There is none perfect but the Father.” She enjoyed reading, shopping, and spending time with her family. She especially loved her chocolate! Angelia, a good and faithful servant, fought the good fight. She transitioned from this life and on to glory on January 29, 2022.

Sending my sympathy and condolences to the Dumas/ Williams families. Pat´s family and my family go back to Pat´s grandmother, Mrs. Lee´ s days ( a very long time). Pat was a very lovely and giving person and I always enjoyed being in her company. Pat will be missed here on earth but heaven has truly gained an Angel. Be Blessed

Mama Dumas, we love you and will miss you dearly! Take your rest, love.

My sympathy and prayers to the Dumas and Williams family. Pat was one of my sister's best friends, which made her a big sister to me. The three of us shared a love of reading. I am happy I had a chance to see her a few months ago when she was here, and to share some books with her. We will miss you!❤❤

I can remember working with Pat for many years in the Birmingham District of the CME Church and during my Birmingham City Schools tenure. Praying for the family.

Our sincere condolences... Pat will be heartbrokenly missed. We want to offer you our thoughts of comfort during this sorrowful time. We hope you are feeling the love of your heavenly Father.
