Peppler Funeral Home - Bordentown Obituary

Angelo J. Consiglio, 87, of Barnegat passed away peacefully in Toms’s River with his loving family by his side. A Trenton man born and raised; Angelo helped in his parents Linoleum flooring store as well as the local Food Fair. A military man, serving his time as a member of the United States Army, after enlisting at 18. After he was discharged, he found employment at Public Service Electric and Gas, where he dedicated 38 years before retiring to the shore. While at PSEG In 1983 Angelo would meet his loving wife of 41 wonderful years.  A world traveler, embarking on over 20 cruises all across the globe to enjoy the cuisine and cultures that fascinated him so much. Angelo was also an avid gambler, you could almost always find him in Atlantic City at the Blackjack tables. The one thing that surpassed his love of travel and of fun was his love of his family. A devoted husband and father, a loving son and brother and a one-of-a-kind friend, Angelo will be missed by all.

Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Julius Consiglio, Angelo is survived by his wife of 41 years; Donna Consiglio and his daughter; Camille Consiglio as well as his grandson; Gianni Consiglio. He is also survived by his brother; Carmen Consiglio, sister; Marie Ayers, and his late wife; Linda Consiglio as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service for Angelo will be held at 11am on Saturday, June 1st at Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St. in Bordentown.
