Not sure what to say?

A.J. was a long-time friend to many. One of those friends was my father. I am 28 years old, and some of my earliest memories are hanging out with my dad on the weekends at Catfish Town while he was mixing sound with A.J. and the River City Band. At one point, A.J. was kind enough to let my dad stay with him for a while during a job transition back to Baton Rouge until he and my stepmom found a new house in town. We knew AJ for a number of years and enjoyed listening to his music when playing with Kenny Fife band. We had some good times with him and several other good friends. Our prayers are with his family.

I did not learn of the passing of my friend until last night. I'll never forget the great times we had playing music together. He was also my Godfather and I'm sure glad my parents picked such a gentlemen to be my Godfather!!! I was always soooo proud and thought it was soooo neat that my Godfather was a drummer in a band! He's dedication to his faith is what I will try an...

Jimmy and me send our prayers and love to all the family of Mr. A J Miceli. We are so sorry we couldn't make the funeral but it hard with three little kids. With all our love,

I knew A.J. as a loyal friend who would always be there if needed. I worked with A.J. for over 17 years and appreciate the fact that I could call him a friend. He will be missed but never forgotten. My prayers are with his family in such a difficult time. Love ya A.J., and I will see you in the next life...
