Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I knew Dicky for over 40 years. Good times at the music store with Micky. I will always remember the BASS MAN.

Lorraine, Gina and Mike,

Sorry to hear of Dick's passing, keeping you in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Mike and the Moscato we are so sorry to hear of you loss our thoughts and prayers are with you

I'd like to express my deepest sympathy to the Moscato family. I worked with Dick at the EHPD. He made us all smile with his stories, but most of all, I will remember the compassion that he showed on a daily basis.

Lorraine & Gina, I'm sorry I can't make it to the wake but know my prayers, thoughts, and love are with all of you.

Loraine, I always looked forward to going to work with dick, he always made a shift pass by like nothing no matter what happened, always found some humor every day I will truly miss him. Love Marty Buonfiglio

I'm so sorry to hear of Dickie's passing I knew him from living on Thompson for yrs he was a great man and did a lot for me personally when he was on the force. Dear Mrs. Moscato and Family,
I was deeply saddened to learn Angelo passed. As Chief Gallo astutely wrote, Dickie truly was an "Old Time Copper", who was liked and respected by everyone he encountered. Dickie was one of many nice men and women I had the pleasure to work with at the EHPD. My deepest sympathy to all.
