Not sure what to say?

I fondly remember Fr. Nobile as pastor of St. Catherine Church in Columbia, TN. He was a fairly newly ordained priest with Italian background who loved his parish and wanted it to flourish. He was responsible for our first "Living Nativity" which was enjoyed by many in the city of Columbia. He also ordered beautiful statues of the Blessed Mother and St. Joseph holding Jesus from Italy which we still have in the chapel of our church. I called him several years ago to request a photo of him...

May the soul of Father Nobile rest in peace, in Heaven. He taught me English at Father Ryan High School in Nashville in the junior year as best I remember, 1958-1959. He was especially kind to me, and I have never forgotten him.

I was just thinking about Fr. Nobile and googled his name. He was a great priest and back in 1968-69 spent Spring break at my parents home in Deerfield Beach. He was Chaplin at CBC in Memphis Tennessee. In November 1977 he baptized my son James III and celebrated the marriage of my sister Nancy both at Saint Ambrose in Deerfield Beach. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. RIP Father

Fr. Nobile was the Chaplain for Christian Brothers College in Memphis, TN when I attended in the 70's. Great priest, counsel and man. Rest in Peace Nobes.

He was a great man and my favorite priest / person at Cardinal Gibbons who truly loved his students & went above & beyond for me & others. I am a better person for knowing him & I am incredibly saddened & diminished with his passing.
RIP Padre!

Father Nobile volunteered as a football coach during my tenure at Gibbons and during that time I found out what a special man and Christian that he was. My faith today is because of the impact he had on my life. We all are better human beings because of Father Nobile.
