Uncle Geech was not only my beloved uncle, he was also my Godfather, an honor which I will carry with me always. The thing that I treasure and will always remember about you is the way you loved my parents, and were my fathers best friend. You taught me how to laugh, you know that heartfelt belly laugh, and when you would tell a story, how animated you always were.

I will miss my Uncle Geech immensely. He has been such a great influence on my family and I our entire lives. I will always remember the intense and special way he would tell us stories and made us all laugh always. He has a heart of platinum and a soul of gold. And of course he made the best candy apple's ever! To you my sweet and dear Uncle I celebrate the legacy you leave behind you will always live in our hearts and never, ever be forgotten.

I was very sorry to read about "Geech". I knew him from the neighborhood when I worked in Belleville (for about 20 years) He was a great guy. I would get a coffee and a cigar in the morning. We both drove Town Cars, and he would always tell me to wash mine. His car was beautiful and mine was always dirty.
Again I am very sorry to read of his passing.
