His homilies on EWTN were incredibly moving and provocative. One of his great sayings: "Perhaps our best prayer - Jesus I live for thee, Jesus I die for thee, Jesus, I am dying in life and in death". His recollections of his mission work in Papua, New Guinea were so poignant. All will miss him dearly. Rest in Peace Fr. Angelus, you impacted my life greatly and the life of many others. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

He still comes to mind and I think of all his wonderful homilies at Mass on EWTN. His insights and "say it like it is" preaching was inspiring.

Father Angelus was a great and devoted priest. He radiated faith and love. He helped me through tough times even writing me to encourage me. He treated all as child of God. What a shining example of Our Lord's love.

Thank you, Father Angelus, please pray for us.

A happy St Patrick's Day to Fr Angelus in Heaven!
I just heard of Fr's passing. I remember him well from St Francis Academy, Pittsburgh. In 1964 I started my life long commitment as a Secular and Fr invested me in Feb, 1966 eight months before leaving for Papua New G. Many memories and the Retreat House which was a Pearl Mesta mansion, at one time, before the many retreats by Fr. God rest his soul.
