Aunt Mae was a true Southern Lady. Always so pleasant and smiling, never complained even if she was having a bad day. I remember going to visit her as a child in Bedford at her Rock house. She would have all this food prepared and we would have so much fun playing and eating. I also remember she styled my hair for me for a High School formal at the last minute, after I failed terribly trying to fix it myself.
