Not sure what to say?

It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing of my very special friend Aniefiok James Umana. I met Aniefiok in Montreal while he was completing his Master Degree at McGill University and I was attending a French university (Université du Québec à Montréal). We became Friends instantly despite the language barrier; my English was broken and his French non-existent. We developed a rare type of friendship that transcended time and distance. Aniefiok and I never saw each other once he...

To the daughters of James, my husband & I had the pleasure of fellowshipping with your father at church. He was a kind and gentle person who always greeted you with a smile. He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts of deep and sincere sympathy are with you at this time.

I was a co-worker and friend of James at the Pennsylvania Department of Health in Harrisburg.
We had a lot of laughs together and he often spoke of his strong faith and dedication to his church.
He will be missed by all of his friends and most certainly by his family.

James Domen, Shiremanstown, PA

To the daughters and family of Aniefiok James Umana:
What a pleasure to have made the acquaintance of your loved one, we will miss James' quiet and reserved spirit at Christ Assembly Fellowship Church.

To James’ daughters: I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Your father was my co-worker at the Department of Health and a friend to both me and my husband, Richard. James was a gentle soul, a kind friend and a true gentleman. He was a very private person, but I knew he had a strong faith, loved his daughters and appreciated his new country. I wish him peace with his Lord and will hope to meet up with him again some day. Vonnie Harbeson-Martin

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Umana family. Brother James will truely be missed. May the sympathy of those who crae for you and precious memory of your loved one help to comfort you at this time. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. The Jones Family (Harrisburg, PA)

A light has entered Heaven

The passing of James is a great loss to all those who knew him. Brother James was a good man and a Godly servant of the Most High. He will be sorely missed among his church family and will always be remembered as a quite Brother who was faithful to the Almighty God. Brother James exuded a non-complaining spirit and had a deep spiritual perspective on life and the world around us. It was a great pleasure to always see him attending church functions and his spirit brought an element of...
