Not sure what to say?

Anita died on my birthday. Each year on my birthday I light a candle for those who have been a blessing in my life and left me with so many memories. Anita is always a part of my blessings. Sheila Thomas

I have known Mrs. McKlinski since I was a little girl at the Haus. Her and her husband were the sweetest couple. Her children as well as a few other children were known as the children of the Haus. It was always great seeing her at the Haus and talking to her to see how she was doing. What a sweetheart and we will truly miss her ❤

I am so sorry to hear about Anita’s passing. Her absence will leave a huge void at the Haus, our Ladies Auxiliary, and our hearts. She was truly a remarkable person. Prayers for your family.

I was a first year principal when I met Anita the whirlwind who was never still. She organized and supported our recycling efforts, before recycling was a 'thing.' She could count a stack of newsletters accurately, by fanning them, having worked/learned in a factory in Germany. I would drop in at Aunt Salley's periodically to tell her thank you. She was a wonderful support and I will always be grateful.

My great-grandfather started Aunt Sally’s. My grandfather ran it for many years and then my aunt Pat. Anita was always part of Aunt Sally’s. She made blankets for my two girls when they were born. I loved seeing her at Blue Dot in the mornings and she would always tell me stories about my grandfather. She was a lovely lady and I loved to talk to her. God bless her.
