I knew Anita from teaching with her at Belvedere Elementary School in OPS. Anita taught 5th grade. She cared a great deal for her students, and embraced the High Trust skills as a guide to support her students. Anita developed the Belvedere Bobcat School newspaper. There is no doubt Anita told great stories. To the family, please know Anita left a positive mark on the Belvedere School Community. I enjoyed working with Anita and she will be missed.

So sorry to see that Anita had passed away. I remember her from school many decades ago. I don't drive to Omaha but I will be thinking of you, Charles and Sherita, as well as the rest of Anita's family. Will they be posting her Obituary as I don't see it here. I'm interested in knowing what all she did after graduating from Red Cloud High School. May God comfort you all.
