As a young child, Mrs. Townsend was the one person you did not want to see during immunization season; however, her compassion made it bearable. Growing up in the Black Community of Wakulla County, Mrs. Townsend was our Lady. She was a sweet and very caring person. She was the Nurse who gave me my first shots. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
