So sad to hear of Anita's passing. We shared early times, first at WHBQ-TV's Top Ten Dance Party with Wink Martindale. Later our garage band, dubbed "The Top Coats" by George Klein, often backed up Anita when she performed locally. She was a sweet, caring person, who did not let fame corrupt her as is often the case.
