Not sure what to say?

This Christmas brings back her beautiful letter about her family. A family that was such a special part of our neighborhood on Wayne Street. I can still see that sweet smile. Bless her and her family. Nancy (Moulder) Gurry

I have a letter from Ann with my Christmas Card address book, and reread it every Christmas. It is very special, as Ann was very special. She will remain my best friend growing up on Wayne Street, South Bend. Best to Jim and all the Havels. Nancy Moulder Gurry

I was so sad to hear of Ann's passing. I'll always remember her sweet smile. I have such fond memories of her and her wonderful family from our days on Wayne St. Just the sweetest person...

So very sad to hear of Ann's passing. She was my closest childhood friend and her family was a big part of our family on Wayne Street in South Bend. Many of my fondest memories growing up were at the cottage on Magician Lake, and her wonderful parents and her grandfather. Ann was a beautiful woman in every way. Her smile will stay with me.

I was saddened to hear of Ann's passing and express my heartfelt condolences to the family. Tom Moulder

I am sorry to hear of Ann's passing. I attended elementary and high school with her. After graduation we lost touch with one another.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss Lynn. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

She was the most WONDERFUL teacher I had!! I remember after I had graduated, going back to McKinnley School to visit and telling her that she wasn't supposed to have gotten married and she told me that we, as her students, weren't supposed to have grown up either....LOVELY LADY!!!! She WILL be missed!!!!

Miss Havel was an amazing teacher. I will never forget her kindness. She truly touched the lives of the students in her classes.
