Mother, Greta McMillan, called on Sunday to tell me of Ann's passing. As I reflected on some of my childhood memories of her and her family several came rushing back to me. Since hearing about Ann's crossing over to the other side of Life earlier today, I wonder how she must feel to be healed and whole . . . how she must be "drinking in" this deeper life - a life for which she lived and longed. The physical absence is hard. We at A Place for Women to Gather will miss her physical presence and her programs. But I know she is close and will remain so - just on the other side of a veil that is thinner than we imagine.

William.......we're very sorry to learn of Ann's passing. Having grown up with Ann from childhood I know how special she was and how special you were to her. She fought the battle with courage and grace. She, indeed, will be missed by all of those who had the great privilege to know her.

I am so sorry for the loss of Ann. She was such a kind and caring person that will be missed by all who knew her.
