To Ann's Family,

I am the current Ohio representative to the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES). I have just learned of Ann's passing today.

Although my path had not crossed Ann's for several years now, I can vividly recall her demonstrations, lessons and advice for making beautiful floral arrangements in icing. Many of my colleagues in northeast Ohio were her students over the years, and many still rely on her recipes and techniques in their sugar...

We all miss you.

Our deepest sympathy to the family. We are in Florida and cannot attend any of the services.
