Ann Chamberlain

I was going through saved letters, something some of us still do. One is from Ann, from San Francisco, 9 Jan 1978. A long lovely letter, which inspired me to look for her on my computer. At 82 I should have known better. Like the robin in the nest, if I hadn't looked she'd still be alive. I watched Ann Chamberlain grow up nearby in Shaker Heights into a beautiful, sensitive woman. I will always remember the photograph she took of our wreath decked house lit up at Christmas time. My children join me in expressing the hope that Elizabeth and Ann's siblings will feel God's comfort in these sad times for them.
